  • A light working 24/7 in a factory runs for 8,760 hours per year.
  • LightingRetroFit tables are based on matching as closely as possible, the Plm/w as calculated using the S/P ratio formula. We consider this to be the emerging international standard in lighting design.
  • High quality HPS globes can be rated as high as 30,000 hours (3 changes per Induction globe life). Lesser quality, cheaper globes may be rated as low as 12,000 hours (8 changes per Induction globe life).   • When considering changes to facility lighting one should consider whether the existing lighting is adequate for the current use in different areas of the plant. Refitting with LightingRetrofit parts allows the client to increase, decrease or change the colour temperature (K) of their current lighting levels in line with their actual lighting requirements.
